The fine print: Minimum spend depends on party length and size — $300 (3-hour, up to 24 guests), $400 (3-hour, 25+), $500 (6-hour, up to 24), $600 (6-hour, 25+). Mondays & Tuesdays offer all party times; Wednesday - Friday parties run 1-4pm; other days & times are quoted individually. Your rental isn't final until we confirm by phone or email. Please give us at least 2 weeks notice when possible. While all ages are welcome at a private party, we're not a kids' place: lounge etiquette is mandatory for guests of every age.
